* 50% Non-refundable Down-Payment due at the time of you order.

* I'll send you an invoice of your order with details about the total paid, and the total due when I receive the order and deposit.

* Remainder due within 31 days

* Bear will be sent on his/her travels to you upon receipt of the final payment.

* All Lay-away Pieces must be paid in full before new orders can be placed.

* Lay-away is only available on Heirloom Collectable Bears
